INFORMATION FOR TENANTS

At Legal Lets we endeavour to ensure all tenants are satisfied in their properties. We pride ourselves on the excellent communication we provide between tenants and landlords. Should you have any queries relating to your property that you wish relayed to your landlord, we do this quickly and efficiently.

All tenants are provided with a new Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement every 6 months free of charge. An annual gas safety check will also be conducted on your property, and we ensure all our properties are up to date with any legal requirements before we let them to our tenants.

Before moving into a new property a credit check will be conducted to ensure the property is suitable for your financial needs. This credit check will be conducted free of charge.
